For all the July Bootcampers, come out this Thursday at 6:30 to Matt Krol Park in Cochrane to get you pre-fitness testing done. Bring your running shoes, water bottle and a matt/towel to sit on..... if you don't want to sit on the grass.

- Body Composition Test
- Upper body strength (pushups, pullups)
- Grip strength
- Core strength/endurance
- Flexibility (back/shoulders)
