I am sore, in a good way, from Thursday's class. I'm still a bit sore where I had that cramp, it feels like if I move a certain way that it might come back- I hope not!
I was better with my eating yesterday:
7:30- cup of coffee w/ 1cream,1sugar
8:30 - I third of a choco chip muffin(oops)
11:30 - 3 medium strips of red pepper
1pm- smokie on a bun w/ ketchup and mustard
3pm- banana/strawberry smoothie fr.Starbux
6pm - medium serving of homeade shepards pie
8pm- small glass of 2% milk
This is a bit out of the ordinary for me. I've never put so much thought into what I eat in a day. I will say that knowing that I'm writing it down stopped me from eating a few very bad things on Thursday! So that's a good thing :)

I'm not feeling that well today, sore throat and stuff so I didn't very much but I tried to do good:
7:30- 2 cups of coffee w/ cream and sugar
9:30- cup of SpecialK with 1/2 cup milk
2pm- large no whip cinn. dolce latte(strbux)
5pm- bag of salt and vinegar chips(CalawayPrk)
I drank some water in between eating as well.
Hmmm....I honestly thought I did better than that today, I don't know why! I could eat something healthy right now but my throat hurts soooo bad. I think I'll have some tea with honey.

Writing it down is a great eye opener. Start with breakfast. Within an hour of waking up eat something, even if its just a glass of milk to start. It can be very daunting to try and do everything at once, like we did at the start of the session: for one week focus on just breakfast. Nail that down because its the most important meal of the day. Don't worry as much about the rest of the day quite yet, one step at a time.

Well,I was very determined to improve my eating efforts today but I still felt sick when I woke up. Turns out I have strep throat and a respiratory infection- ugh. I'm on meds now so hopefully I'll be able to attend Tuesday's class! I haven't eaten since last night a 5pm so there goes my breakfast resolution! I probably won't post my food today, I doubt it will be much. I will tomorrow though:)
