Glad to hear Vicki is at home now - I hope the recovery is speedy!
My legs are a little sore from yesterday's sprints, calves and forearms sore from the skipping.
My eating habits are still not very good. We've had a few birthday's this month with big meals and delicious deserts. But I'm going to try really hard now to make a change in how I eat. I'll probably post what I'm eating so I can keep track of it...good or bad!
Can't wait for the indoor facility - it sounds like it's going to be great!!

Okay,so...I think it will be quite shocking to see in black and white what a horrible eater I am. Here it goes:
11am - a smallish piece of cake
2pm - large cinn.dolce latte (NO whip)
2:30pm - McChicken sandwich w/ fries
4:30pm - large cinn.dolce latte(NO whip)
7pm - apple pie
8pm - about 10 sour candies

Wow, I really don't think that this is a typical day for me. I had to go to Red Deer and was obviously eating on the run. Not really an excuse I guess- tomorrow I'll do better!!

Thank you for being honest. We all have bad days and its amazing what it looks like on paper when we jot it down. Thats all we can do- try harder tomorrow and the more of plan you have the better off you'll be.
